Just as a doctor arrives on a house call to visit you, we make our own House Call Consultation to assess your home’s overall health and wellbeing. Our philosophy is to take a holistic view of your home’s health. Through careful thought, evaluation, and diagnosis we understand the necessary steps to heal, rectify, and uplift your home to its optimal state.
Doing It Differently: Disrupting an Industry
We are Construction Industry disruptors; not like all the others out there in the Wild West. We think, do, and produce results differently. You deserve more than just having some damage ignored, or worse, painted over.
When you set up an appointment with us, you activate the Home Health Consultation Process. It cannot be stopped, only hoped to be contained.
First, an in-person meeting between you, the homeowner, and one of our expertly trained Home Health Advisors (HHA) is scheduled.
Key Preparation
Before the in-person meeting, the HHA calls or Zooms (yes, amazing how this video platform has turned into a verb) you for a quick 10-15 minute chat at an agreed upon date and time.
As a doctor meets you for the first time, we want to learn as much as possible about your home, your aspirations for your home, and past issues. We learn about your home’s heartbeat, the project you strive to complete, as well as your budget and deadline.
By collecting this information ahead of time, we are intimately knowledgeable and prepared for our face-to-face initial appointment. This meeting is easy, thorough, seamless, and productive.
A Keen Eye For Details
Your home resides near the Coastline, where the relentless elements continuously assault the exterior of your home, daily, for years. The evil villains known as dry rot, insects, salt spray, contaminants and pollution, the sun’s blistering heat, and whipping wind, all work together to degrade your home.
We focus on your home’s exterior, where a majority of the damage and decay present themselves. Rogall + Co. prides itself not only on attention to aesthetic detail, but digging down to the root of the issue.
Starting off with a wash and then an inspection, allows us to deep dive and scrutinize every aspect of your home’s health. We’ll check the siding, windows, doors, fascia, trim for damage and deterioration.
Only after addressing these deeper issues do we paint your home, allowing the paint to last longer and look brighter through the years.
With interior work, it is more of the same; we take a walk through your home with a keen eye, checking for drywall cracks and any other damages that need repairing before painting.
What Happens Next?
After the House Call Consultation is complete, the HHA will provide you with a detailed plan of action, including all information discovered during the appointment. You will learn and understand the home health recommendations & course of action. We tell it how it is, transparently using clear communication. We value your time and money.
